I'm Dani, founder & CEO of Pivot Nutrition Coaching. I'm also a Registered Dietitian and Certified Sports Dietitian based out of Grand Forks, North Dakota.

Being a former Division I hockey player, and now a toddler mom, I understand that it can be confusing and overwhelming trying to find a balance between fueling your body and enjoying your favorite foods. This is why I aim to simplify nutrition, making it easy, fun and sustainable!

Registered Dietitian, Functional Nutrition Practitioner and Certified Meditation Teacher and Spiritual Psychology Coach from Huntington Beach, California.

My passion is helping other women overcome burnout, hormonal imbalances and restoring metabolic health. I use functional lab testing, personalized nutrition and trauma-informed coaching to give women the tools to live a truly nourished and vibrant life. As an autoimmune warrior and (almost 40!) mother of 2 girls, I have personally experienced all the fatigue, brain fog and gut/hormone imbalances that come with it. I have learned to combine my extensive clinical background with integrative modalities to achieve wellness.

When I'm not helping women thrive and live their best lives, you can find me spending time in my garden, painting, trail running or taking long walks on the beach.

Registered Dietitian and Online Dietitian Nutrition Coach from Upstate NY, but currently live in a beach town in North Carolina.

My passion is teaching clients how to be healthier while finding balance with all the finer things in life. Most of my clients are men and women who have done all the diets and want something sustainable.

When I am not working, you can find me walking my two dogs, hanging out at local breweries, and baking!

I have over 26 years of experience in a variety of clinical settings. As a woman in her late-50s, I have personally experienced mid-life changes and menopause madness. I have learned to embrace and navigate the hormonal changes and I want to help support and empower women to take charge, regain your energy and live your best life.

When I am not coaching clients, I enjoy spending time with friends, exploring new places with my husband, playing with my dogs, working out and baking!

Registered Dietitian currently living in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Much of my experience lies in guiding clients to their health and weight management goals as well as pregnancy and post-partum.

I offer the balance of a warm and supportive communicating style to move clients out of their comfort zones while feeling less overwhelmed and confident.

When I'm not coaching clients or helping Dani behind the scenes, I love to travel with my husband and discover the world through my toddler's eyes.

I've had a passion for nutrition since high school when I experienced firsthand how food can impact one's athletic performance, which led me to run cross country and track in college.

Most of my clients are busy women that struggle losing weight due to a poor relationship with food. There's nothing better then helping them shift their mindset so they can look and feel their best!

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, working out, and baking!

Over the past four years, I have worked in various outpatient settings working 1:1 with clients to reach their health and body composition goals. My primary focus is weight loss, diabetes and working with busy moms...because I am one!

When I am not coaching clients, I'm likely chasing after my 2 kiddos. We love to spend time outside and at the lake during summer months. In the winter months, you can find us at hockey rinks cheering on my daughter.

We will jump on a quick phone call so we can learn more about you and your goals. If we feel confident that we're a good fit for each other, we will offer you a spot in our 1:1 coaching program and pair you with the dietitian coach that is the best fit for you! You can request a specific dietitian in the application form.

YOUR JOURNEY

Your journey starts within 1-2 weeks. You will meet with your dietitian virtually as often as every week and work towards your goals together until you cross the finish line (achieve your goals) or until you no longer need our support & accountability.

GRADUATION

Our ultimate goal is that you confidently graduate from Pivot Nutrition Coaching with the mindset, knowledge, skills and tools you need to maintain your results on your own. The average client will graduate at the 9-12 month mark.
